Credit Suisse, Instinet Fined for Reporting Failures (Update1)
April 8 (Bloomberg) — Credit Suisse Group AG, Instinet Europe Ltd. and Getco Holding Co. LLC’s Europe division were fined a total of 4.2 million pounds ($6.4 million) by the U.K.’s financial regulator for trade-reporting failures.
